Privacy choices for optional analytics, plus the access, correction and direct-marketing controls described below.

01 — Overview

Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to www.podsbyter.com (the Site), which operates under the Pods by Tér brand. For privacy enquiries, or to request the current legal identity of the data controller, email hello@podsbyter.com. The responsible controller is the legal entity identified in the current approved legal and contractual documents.

We are committed to protecting your privacy on-line. We appreciate that you do not want your personal information distributed indiscriminately and here we explain how we collect information, what we do with it and what controls you have.

Using the Site does not by itself enable optional analytics. On the production website, Google Analytics and HubSpot remain off unless you choose Allow analytics. Necessary site functions remain available when you choose Necessary only. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by publishing the changed version on the Site.

02 — Information we may collect from you

Information we may collect from you

01

Details supplied through forms.

02

Communications and enquiries.

03

Website and device information.

We may collect and process the following information about you:

  • information (such as your name, email address, postal address, telephone number, company information) that you provide by completing forms on the Site
  • communications you send to us, for example to report a problem or to submit queries, concerns or comments regarding the Site or its content
  • information from surveys that we may, from time to time, run on the Site for research purposes, if you choose to respond to, or participate in, them

If you choose Allow analytics, Google Analytics and HubSpot may use cookies or similar technologies to collect information such as browser and device type, referring page, IP address, operating system, pages viewed and interactions. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and advertising user-data consent remain disabled.

Necessary storage and optional analytics

  • Necessary: the Site uses local browser storage to remember your privacy choice and may use storage required for security and core functionality. These functions do not require Google Analytics or HubSpot.
  • Optional analytics: choosing Allow analytics permits the production Site to load Google Analytics and HubSpot so visits and interactions can be understood and enquiries can be followed up.
  • Necessary only: choosing this option keeps analytics storage denied and does not load those optional network scripts. If they were already active, the page reloads and the Site attempts to clear known first-party Google Analytics and HubSpot cookies.

Your selection is stored in your browser. To review or change it later, return to this Privacy Policy and use the control below.

03 — Uses made of your information

You can tell us not to contact you with information regarding our services either at the point such information is collected on the Site (by checking or un-checking (as directed) the relevant box) or, where you do not wish us to continue to use your information in this way, by following the unsubscribe instructions on any communications sent to you. You can also exercise the right at any time by contacting us using the Contacting us details at the end of this privacy policy.
