  1. 01

    Defined scope

Your proposal should list the pod, site works and installation included in the agreed scope.

  2. 02

    Written approval

Site-specific items, options and any variations should be recorded and approved in writing.

  3. 03

    Milestone payments

Confirm the applicable payment stages and triggers in the approved commercial documents.

04 — After handover

Support that continues.

The approved documents should make the applicable cover, exclusions, care duties and contact route clear at handover.

Check whether interior finishes, built-in joinery and workmanship are covered, for how long, and under what conditions in your formal documentation.

Where supplied, AC units, appliances and specialist equipment may carry separate manufacturer warranties. Confirm the applicable documents and claim route at handover.

The handover process should record any outstanding items, the responsible party and the agreed route and timing for follow-up.

Simple cleaning, servicing and seasonal-check guidance helps keep your pod looking and performing at its best.
